Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase. The terms of the right of withdrawal can be found in our Terms and Conditions, which were sent along with your order. You can also find them here: Terms and Conditions.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase when shopping with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered multiple items in one order and they are delivered separately, the period starts from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt of the item to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You can send an email to info@tektronic.dk or use the standard withdrawal form. You can download our withdrawal form in PDF format here: Withdrawal Form.

If you are unable to print the PDF file, you can also create a standard withdrawal form with the following content:

Important:

You cannot withdraw from your purchase simply by refusing to accept the item without also notifying us.

Partial Withdrawal

If you have purchased multiple items, you can return one or more items, even if they were bought in a single order.

⚠️ Please note: Shipping costs will not be refunded if you withdraw from part of your purchase.

Returns

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item.

  • You must cover the return shipping costs.
  • You are responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping.
  • Please include your order number (found on your order confirmation) to speed up processing.
  • We recommend using PostNord or GLS for returns and sending the package with tracking (T&T tracking code).

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made items or goods with a clear personal customization.
  • Urgent repairs or maintenance work that you have explicitly requested.
  • Sealed audio/video recordings or software, if the seal has been broken.

Condition of the Item Upon Return

If the item has lost value due to use beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, you may only receive a partial refund.
