Satellite finder for easy alignment of satellite dishes. Easy installation and use, powered from STB (receiver) or from multiswitch. Backlit scale and LED indikator for H/V signals and 22 KHz.

This satellite finder can be used for all signal types. Connection and use is easy.

Satellite finder, connection and use.

• Switch off your digital receiver
• Connect the supplied intermediate cable to the input on the satellite finder marked "TO LNB" and connect this to your satellite dish
• Connect the cable from your digital receiver to the input marked "TO REC".
• Turn on your satellite receiver and set the display on the satellite finder to about 5. You set this on the screw knob.
• Now adjust your dish in east/west ratio and up/down until you have maximum view.
• Reduce the sensitivity of the satellite finder by turning the knob until you again have a display of around 5
• Perform new fine-tuning until maximum signal (can be repeated several times, with sensitivity adjusted down)
• Fasten the dish and then check that the signal is still at maximum signal level
• Turn off the receiver and reconnect your satellite dish in the normal way - that's it :)

You must be aware that a satellite finder shows the signal strength. It does not indicate whether you have hit the correct satellite. When adjusting, it is recommended to also adjust the LNB skew angle for optimal signal.
