5G LTE antenna filter - Avoid TV interference

If your DVB-T2 signal is bad due to 4G or 5G interference, a filter can remedy this. The filter effectively cuts off signals above 694 MHz (channel 48). The 5G LTE antenna filter is used in TV and radio distribution systems to suppress mobile interference in the 5G and LTE bands. The filter is placed in front of the first amplifier, or if there is no amplifier, directly in front of the television.

Radiation in TVs from new 5G LTE transmitters has proven to be problematic. Even with good directional antennas and the use of good antenna cables and connectors, it has been shown that 5G LTE signals can interfere with regular antenna TV. In many cases, the solution is to install a 5G LTE filter - it can prevent unwanted signals from 5G LTE sources from reaching your TV.

LTEfree filters are designed to dampen signals that are transmitted over the mobile phone band with a frequency higher than 694 Mhz. They can also be combined with products that are already LTE-free in different areas of the system to avoid 4G interference where they are present.
